I recently purchased a new car from specialist cars and the service I received from Jason was like no other! He was extremely helpful and he regularly kept me up to date with how everything was going. I was surprised how quickly and smoothly the process went, all thanks to Jason working hard to get me in the car as soon as possible. I am very thankful of Jason for the treatment I received.

Purchased my brand new Golf GTD from Jason at Specialist Cars VW Dunfermline & could not fault in any way the service and professionalism that I received from Jason. His knowledge of the vehicle & his manner were absolutely impeccable. I have driven Mercedes & BMW for years, but totally converted now & loving my new Golf. Bought a Polo at the end of October 2016, and recently had the misfortune of having to MOT it with them. Despite a note on my account to contact me about my MOT they fully admitted nobody tried when it expired at the start of August. So was MOT'd two months before I bought it. This led to me being pulled over by the police and given an on the spot fine, with the garage not giving me so much as an apology.

Despite me taking out two years MOT cover this doesn't actually cover the price of the MOT, only certain things would be covered by the MOT cover, perhaps shockingly none of the items picked up in my MOT were covered by my MOT cover, weird!

I had heard good things about this garage but have been left feeling like they're just a typical bad garage, misleading customers, and trying to milk you for every penny they can get. I'd advise everyone to give them a wide berth.
