My eye test was excellent and the customer service was great. I picked my frames and asked if they could post them on to me. I paid the extra postage and expected the glasses to arrive the following week... my test was on a Friday. I was amazed to receive them the very next morning! Now that's great service!

I visited with my daughter, you were all very professional and friendly. I was very impressed.

Hugely grateful to staff at Specsavers Ayr for getting my daughter seen so quickly as an emergency today. All the staff were so lovely with her. Great service.

Fail dismally on customer service.

Fail to do what it says on the label.

Be honest and upfront, dont get the monies from doing eye tests and they leave your customer stranded after telling the a load of Bull

I took my daughter is yesterday to get new glasses which was INSTRUCTED by her hospital. To be told no and got loads of grief. My daughter was spoken to like a piece of garbage on the street. She is only 4. Which resulted in us leaving and my daughter upset and crying as soon as we got out the shop. TOTALLY DISGUSTED by the service.

Cannot adequately describe the experience myself & our 11 year old Son had at Specsavers in Ayr today.

Pretty much a disaster from start to finish with one employee being, in our opinion, rude - disrespectful - unethical & unprofessional.

I had to call my husband to come & help us!

Left in tears & will not be going back under any circumstances.

Absolutely appalling way to treat customers & a dreadful representation of the company.
