POOR QUALITY EYE TESTS WITH WRONG LENSES.
I've been here twice within the past year and given incorrect lenses (due to poor quality tests) with frames so uncomfortable that I eventually donated the specs to a charity!
Overstaffed with inexperienced trainees that are so in love with their latest digital eye measuring devices but totally incompetent when it comes to giving accurate prescriptions and personal customer service. CHEAPER THAN ELSEWHERE AND FOR A REASON!

Pretty good; polite, friendly, helpful and professional staff, with a well equipped and well stocked store, having an excellent range of glasses, to suit all tastes and pockets. They have also been very good repairing and replacing glasses. My only issue is the place can get quite busy, and it's not always easy to get appointments at short notice, although I was lucky with a cancellation last time.
