Speirs Property Maintenance is a father and son joinery and carpentry business based in Carnoustie. We cover Angus and Tayside (and sometime further afield).

The business was founded by Brian in 1996 and Chris joined in 2007. We work to provide the very best workmanship and service to all of our customers. We are highly recommended and many of our clients come from word of mouth. We have an extensive portfolio of both domestic and commercial projects.

We carry out small and large sized projects from hanging doors and fitting shelves to extensions / renovations / conversions and new builds.
