Spellbound Bead Co Description
Spellbound beads was born out of a desire to find new and interesting components to make jewellery with and to share our passion for making with other people. Over the years we have taught hundreds of workshops, helped thousands of people with all sorts of queries and had very many useful suggestions brought to us, for us in turn to pass on. Through the shop, workshops, shows, web-site and phone line we have met many wonderful people who have shared their enthusiasm, ideas, praise and criticisms with us and we hope that the combination of our desire to bring you the best and your feedback combines to bring our customers a great experience however they choose to shop with us.

And that is us closed for Christmas! We wish all of our friends a peaceful festive period however you are spending you time.
Don't forget the shop is still open until 4.30pm for all your last minute festive beady needs! We will then be closed until Thursday 27th, when mail order will open at 9am and the shop will be open at 10am.
For those of you that have been asking, here's when you can come and see us over the Christmas period...
Those last posting dates for Christmas are upon us, and our mail order elves are flat out picking orders and packing parcels (don't worry, we have plenty of tea, mince pies and chocolate treats to keep them fuelled up!). For first class parcels please get your orders to us by 3pm today (Tuesday December 18th) and for Special Delivery by 4pm tomorrow, Wednesday 19th, so we can make sure we get them in the post in time.
Don't forget if you are placing an order for second class/saver delivery to get it to us by 2pm today so that we can get it in the postman's sack in time for Royal Mail pre-Christmas deadlines

Had a spiral beading workshop with the lovely Pat last week she was very patient and helpful.
Would always recommend this wonderful shop.
What an amazing shop with lovely people. I called in on Easter Friday and was like a child in a sweet shop. Staff were very helpful and informative, even though I didn't spend a fortune. Looking forward to going back when work allows and I have more time. They even let me take my husband and my dog into the shop!!!!
What amazing service! I ordered my beads online last Friday afternoon with ease and they arrived this morning, in New Zealand! Sadly I have yet to find a bead shop here to even come close to the quality and variety of your products.
Was lovely seeing you again today at the Harrogate knitting and stitching show! Love all my new beads! The only bead shop I use. Excellent quality and Kevin is a legend.x can't wait to see if these beads look as amazing on my work as they used to in my hair.x
The best bead shop I've been to I could spend all day there so much to look at , your spoilt for choice.The staff are very friendly and helpful a nice atmosphere in the shop ,very competitive prices a good selection of patterns .Also lots on display so you can see what they look like when they are made up
Such an amazing shop, unfortunately I am now longer able to visit the shop regularly like I used to having moved away but I still order online and the choice and service is second to none
Staff are incredible, nothing is too much trouble. They will do everything they can to help, from counting lots of beads to looking for a badly described one. There is always a lovely atmosphere in the shop and I'm always amazed by the amount of beads they have of such fantastic quality. I'm like the proverbial kid in a candy store every time I enter. As if all of that wasn't enough, I love knowing I'm supporting a local independent business.
One of the most magical places even if you are not a jewellery maker anyone would be transfixed and inspired by all of the amazing designs on show. As for customer service and knowledgeable staff I don't feel I have ever been to any other shop anywhere that comes close.
Love this bead shop order from them online all the time they are excellent value for money stock pretty much (if not every) colour of size 11 Delica beads and always post orders quickly. Never had a problem with them they are defineitly my go to bead supplier!

Fabulous customer service fast and efficient! I'm recovering from big operation so thought I would try bead making to keep me occupied so being new to this ordered wrong size beads after emailing I was told to return and swap for bigger sizes this was all done and sorted within one week without any fuss whatsoever and I am so great full now I can begin so I'd just like to thank you all at Spellbound one very happy customer
Best bead shop ever. Lots of beautiful beads, and lovely kits suitable for the beginner ,or the expert [Graded by difficulty] KIts have everything you need to finish them ,with very good instructions both written and diagrams and if you save the instructions you can but more beads and make the same item again.The internet does not do the kits justice, they are beautiful! Spellbound is situated in the centre of the country and it is easy to get to from both north and south. I go when I am visiting the NEC [I live in Sheffield]
After buying seed beads from different shops, I was very impressed when I discover spellbound beads. High quality material and very good prices. I have been buying online from this shop for two years and they are awesome. Excellent customer service. The best provider I have ever found! Thank you
A fabulous company with wonderful customer service. I order online and make the trip to Lichfield to visit the shop at least once a year. The staff are so helpful and a pleasure to spend time with. The only downside is that I always end up spending far too much �
