Do not believe the Just Eat Reviews - every time the receive a bad review, they bury it with what appears to be automated 6 * reviews. we waited 2 hours for our delivery. in that time we called twice to check what was going on, only to be told by the manager, "its on its way". He then said he would send us a fresh order but he clearly didnt as food was cold and poppadoms were stale.

TERRIBLE PLACE. DO NOT order from here! The rating on Just Eat is a SCAM. The 1975 reviews are all by the same people voting 6 stars!! The comments are even the same from page to page. Also, their HYGIENE rating by the Hygiene Information Scheme requires improvement.

Delivery was meant to take 45-60 minutes. They only accepted our order 30 minutes after we sent it and delayed delivery by 40 minutes. The food still didn't come for an hour after the delayed time. In total it took 3 hours, although they cheated by saying it was already delivered 30 minutes before it was.

We called the manager and he was rude and told us to "F*** off". We demanded a refund because we had payed by card but he refused, even though at this point it was more than 2 hours late. Finally he said they would cook it up again and give us coupons, but they had lied and it came mildly microwaved and soggy. The drinks were warm. Instead of coupons we got a 1 pound bottle of coke. The food was awful and tasteless. Don't make the same mistake we made!!!!

From order time to delivery was 3 hours. After 2 hours of waiting I called up the restaurant about having it cancelled, they outright refused to allow the order to be cancelled and for a refund to be given, and that if i didn't want it "it will be left outside your door". He then said that it would be delivered within the next 5 minutes and I was hung up on. I called back 15 minutes later asking where the food was and after being told that the driver was stuck in traffic and was almost there I was hung up on again. I called again another 15 minutes later and was told to "f*** off" and was hung up on. The final time I called, the person on the line apologised saying that the driver was the one at fault and that they would make the food again and send it again (not that there was any other option for me, as he again refused refund) as well as a bottle of wine and vouchers for money off in the future. When the food (which was mediocre at best) finally arrived, it was in fact, accompanied by 2 broken poppadoms and a bottle of coke. The chips (and presumably therefore all the food) were obviously just reheated as they were soggy, and the drinks we had ordered were incorrect as well. In short, i would never order from this place again in my life. This was all extremely surprising due to their 5.5 star review on just eat, but then I noticed that many of their "6 star reviews" are posted by the same names without comments, and actually some of the exact same comments posted multiple times.

Wait an hr as usal on delivery. Phoned back to be told the driver was just leaving . 30 mins later phoned back as still no delivery and he said would be there in a couple of mins so I said if its not here in 5 mins a will send it back . Phoned 20 mins later to be told that I canceled the order as he phoned the driver who couldn't be here within 5 mins .so a said should u not be phoning to tell me that ma order is cancel and he said a don't have u number the delivery driver does . A asked why he told me it was just leaving and 49 mins still nothing . He told me a was lier . Then ofeed to send the order back out after the delivery driver takes it back no doubt freezing . Total joke won't be using them again 😡
