Spice Of Penicuik Indian Takeaway

Best Indian in the whole of Midlothian and Edinburgh! After recently moving to the area we tried out the restaurant as it was only a few miles away. The food is exceptional and the friendly service is just as good! Would recommend to everyone!

Food always good thought really reasonable prices compared to other Indians which are nowhere as nice won't go past it highly recommend.

First time ordering a meal here, when passing through Penicuik. Meal was lovely, chicken tender, naan and poppadoms great too. Service by the young counter assistant was excellent. We stay about 15 miles away, but will definitely be back for more. Very reasonable prices compared to what we pay at our usual Indian.

Ordered a delivery. Was told it would 1.5h. Accepted this. After 1.5h was called to say it would be another 1h! Ridiculous.

Have also found the quality of the food to be very variable. Some days good. Often very poor.
