Sports Direct Galashiels

Bought trainers for my son prior to going on holiday. We were clearly sold the wrong size as my son got a blister wearing them from the store to the car! Throughout the holiday I put it down to them being new and put blister plasters on every time he wore them. On our return from holiday he rightly refused to wear them. As they had cost me £49.99 I went into the Galashiels store which I use regularly to ask if there was anything they could do but they said no, thankfully the straiton store were a lot more helpful. In future I will be shopping at the straiton store.

Staff all standing about in groups only one person serving

Waited to be served, waited and waited some more, not the first time I've had poor service by staff who don't give too hoots about customer care. Walked out to spend my money elsewhere.
