Sports, Life, Work has grown from a portable sports therapy business into a center for Sports and Performance. We moved from our small injury clinic once we needed to find a new location to home all our kit from taking over a gym. We have 3 treatment rooms for Sports Therapy work, (assessing, treating and rehabilitating injuries, Doesn't have to be sports injury. ) We have a private room for personal training consultation. We have a multi use gym with specific areas for powerlifting and strongman training, we have a big multipurpose area. We have kettlebells and dumbells. We have an area with resistance machines. This gym isn't just for the powerful gym users. We offer personal training through our contracted in personal trainers.
