Good gym. Decent price. No sauna but decent changing rooms. Staff are friendly and keep the place clean .

Extensive selection of weights and exercise machines complimented with classes for those that like group workouts. There is also a steam room and sauna for after.

Good range of equipment. Usually not too busy so seldom need to wait to get access to machines, even at weekends. If you're in to classes there are also a number to choose from. Price is very reasonable!
