visited sprockets today looking for a new helmet the guy who helped me couldn't have been more helpful with picking the correct size as i wasn't sure on which size i needed. They stock loads of great bikes and kit i will defo be returning if i need anything.

Went to visit the shop for the first time today. Was blown away with the vast choice of good quality products.

Everything for the MTB folks which was great for me but also caters for the roadie folks.

Obviously couldn’t leave without spending money and will definitely be my go to shop for gear now.

Also hope to buy my new bike from them in the near future as they had a price to suit all.

Went into sprockets on Thursday to buy a new quick release axle for my road bike after I had lost the nut and spring part of it in transit. The guys couldn't be anymore helpful and were actually able to give me the parts I had lost for my own axle off another bike that they had in the store for free. Brilliant service from the guys and because of this, I'll be back soon! Thanks guys.

Went in yesterday and the guys were great! Very knowledgeable and lots of high spec equipment I can see this being my new shop to go to for parts for my MTB. Even managed to fix my error when I bought the wrong tube without any issues. Great service !

Went in today to look for a bike for our daughter. Great, friendly service. Realistic about bike sizing for growth and type of use. Will be back.

Put my bike in for a service on Wednesday as I am doing the Etape on Sunday. The guys told me they would do there best as they had loads of bikes in. Got a call to say I could pick my bike up today. Out today for my first cycle in 6 months thanks to these guys. Earlier this year i had a really big off!!!I managed to really do damage not only my leg, but the cassette,the derailleur, the derailleur hanger and rear brake. So all this week new parts have been arriving, sat morning up at 4am got the bike in the stand and 4 hours later could not figure out the brake fitting kit at all. My missus got up and the problem was solved but left a bigger one as I needed new hoses for my mt7 brakes. I called every dealer in Scotland listed on the magura website starting with a recommended one from a friend, Sprockets in Kilmarnock. These guys were great had one in stock but I needed two. Eventually it became apparent no one in Scotland had another so I went to Kilmarnock to collect. Firstly their shop is superbly stocked, the guys are very friendly very knowledgeable and have a passion for biking. Had a great chat and then they pulled a rabbit out the hat for me. They asked the owner if the could strip the hose from a demo bike so I could get out today but instead he gave me one out of a brand new set of brakes!!!!! That is just simply outstanding service above and beyond all because they knew I wanted out today. Simply put go see these guys for your cycling stuff trail and road. You won't regret it ������

I've been into Sprockets on my last two visits to Kilmarnock and have been impressed with the service and knowledge they've given to me on both occasions. First class.

I went in today with a problem with shoes I had bought online guys were so friendly and helpful. They fixed the problem with my shoes for no charge- great place highly recommend it

I was very impressed with the shoe/cleat fitting service carried out today at the shop with Scott. After changing to new shoes I've had knee and ankle issues but this has been sorted today. The knowledge and passion Scott has for the sport is incredible, I'll be back soon for the full bike fit.

I wandered into Sprockets on Friday morning and was quickly asked by David if he could be of assistance.

As I had been following a particular Cannondale 105 it was rapidly located and built to allow me to have a trial spin around the car park.

Having satisfied myself that this was my new machine it was duly purchased and picked up in the afternoon following a complete build and check over.

I recently used the service of Sprockets and would just like to say how amazing they were. I had purchased a bike on Gumtree and needed it sent down to me in London. Originally the team at sprockets offered me a free box to use for shipping so I got a family member to take the bike to the shop. It was then decided that it would be easier for them just to ship it for me. They broke the bike down and packed it securely along with some accessories and sent it to me. It arrived quickly, safely and even better it was a very reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend sprockets for all your cycling needs. Thank you!

I had a bike fit carried out by Scott and his attention to detail meant I came away with cleats properly aligned for my pedal stroke, a bike set up for my physique and a far better understanding of the mechanics of riding and how I could improve my own performance. Over two sessions Scott tweaked and assessed various aspects repeatedly using elements such as video and app analysis as well as a Watt bike till the set up on my own bike was perfect for me. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Scott and the difference a bike fit makes cannot be over emphasised

Great service from Sprocket. Lightening fast warranty replacements on a dropper this week. Couldn’t recommend them more

After years of not cycling, I decided to buy a bike and I was quite nervous about it. Lewis helped me to get a suitable bike in my budget and size (I'm very short!). Also purchased bikes for my two girls - and Lewis was totally helpful with our relatively low budget! At no point was there any pressure to buy and we got so much advice and help. Ended up purchasing all three bikes! So helpful and definitely a place to go if you are new to, or returning to cycling. Some cycle shops can be quite intimidating, but this was the total opposite. Highly recommended!
