Tomorrow evening, Deacon Kevin Lawrie will be ordained a priest by Bishop Toal in St. Aloysius' Church. The ordination Mass will begin at 7 pm and will be followed by refreshments in St. Aloysius' Primary School. All parishioners are very warmly invited to join us for this celebration. Please be aware that we do expect it to be busy. In the Church, there will be reserved seating for concelebrating clergy and for Deacon Kevin's family. There will also be some parking reserved for clergy. On Wednesday evening, Fr. Kevin will offer a Mass of Thanksgiving in St. Aloysius' at 7 pm. Afterwards, there will be refreshments in the parish hall. Please keep Deacon Kevin in your prayers at this time.
The chairs have finally been returned, and now everything is all set for Deacon Kevin's ordination to the priesthood on Tuesday and his Mass of Thanksgiving on Wednesday. Thanks be to God!

Friday is the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. There will be Mass at 7 pm in Sacred Heart Church, followed by a tea in the hall to celebrate. Please come along to honour the fact that, in Jesus, God has 'loved us with a heart of flesh'!
