We got married in St. Andrews in the square on the 30th of June. I recommend it too anyone who wants too have their wedding there. The food is great and the staff where excellent. The restaurant attached too it is one of our favourite places to eat.

User

My daughter was married there in 2014. The food the service and most importantly the staff make this the venue for your special events.

User

My daughter and partner had there wedding 11/11/17 although cold outside , the warm atmosphere was brilliant inside from start to finish the staff made everything go seamlessly they appeared then disappeared after service

User

My daughter Siobhan and her husband Blair were married in St Andrews on the square and I could not fault anything about the day . The venue was stunning and the food and service was second to none . Massive thank you to Jacqui, Karen and the whole team for the help, support and amazing work that went into running our wedding on Friday. The entire day went without any problems, and this was due to your fabulous organisation. Jacqui I cant get away with how you were always there at the right moment, from giving the piper his present, to cuing the music, keeping us running smoothly and still being there at the very end! We had the most amazing day and cannot thank you enough. x x

User

Incredible building and venue. My son Darren and his beautiful wife Thirza were married here on Friday 8th September 2017. The staff were outstanding from start to finish, the work they put into the whole day tuning smoothly was truly amazing . Food was top quality - what an incredible place X thank you St.Andrews in the square X

I'm a celebrant with Humanist Society Scotland and conduct weddings all over the country.....and its a pleasure to help people get married at St Andrews in the square...

Not only is it a spectacular and historic setting, but Jacqui and her team pay attention to all those small details that make a wedding day a success.

User

Had a retirement party here. Fabulous venue: this was stated by numerous guests. Staff were friendly, extremely organized and helpful. Would recommend highly.

User

Had a fantastic night at the 2017/2018 Hogmanay party. Brilliant venue and perfect setting for a party. Highly recommended.

User

Got married here a few weeks ago. Location and staff outstanding, especially Jacqui the wedding organiser. Polite, professional and unbelievably helpful. Food from cafe source in the basement is incredible. Good, fresh and well prepared and will accommodate kids and allergies.

User

Fabulous atmospheric venue for the 2017 New Year ceilidh with the amazing John Carmichael Band. So well organised by all who worked so hard and made a special start to the year. Big thanks.

User

Beautiful venue for our wedding reception on Saturday 3rd June. Jacqui was brilliant throughout the planning process and on the day itself, ensuring everything ran smoothly from start to finish - nothing was too much trouble. We had so many compliments from our guests on the lovely food, atmosphere and setting. Thanks so much to the team for their hard work.

User

After looking for some time we had come to accept the fact that we may not find a wedding venue that would wow us. Then we walked into St Andrew's in the Square and instantly changed our minds. This venue is so beautiful and the space was spot on for our wedding. We booked this venue based on the building only. But luckily it came with Jacqui who was responsible for co-ordinating/helping to plan our day. She is excellent at her job and made what could have been a very stressful part of the planning process really relaxed and easy. The combination of the venue, Jacqui and her team, made our wedding day everything we had hoped it would be and more.

User

Had brilliant work Christmas night here last night. Beautiful surroundings, food was excellent and ceilidh was great fun! Only slight criticism was food was served very quickly, could’ve done with a wee bit more time between courses. 😝Overall a great time was had by all and really good value compared to other city centre venues 😃

User

Excellent venue, however I have deducted one star for the heating, it was freezing throughout and only the warmth of the performance keep us from chittering!

User

Attended a Christmas night and it was a great night......only reason not giving the 5 stars is our table was right down the bottom where a draught from the door opening could be felt and we were behind a pillar, otherwise great idea Ceilidh and then a disco

User

Was at a wedding in November,it was freezing, every time the doors opened was blasted with cold air,a tip is to visit the bathrooms downstairs for a heat.

User

Visited for private function and to be honest it was pretty poor basic soup main course and dessert the soup was ok not much flavour and the main course of chicken was dire and under cooked frozen dessert not good at all pretty poor show all round I'm afraid
