As a tour guide I often use st Ann's for myself or my guests. It seems to have changed hands this winter but the new owners Richard and Yen were lovely and service was impeccable.

A great experience! The house is tastefully furnished, the hosts are lovely people and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
If you are looking for a place to stay in Inverness, very close to the city centre and with parking possibilities, this B&B is perfect.
We travelled with friends (1 couple and friend) and the family room was perfect for our needs and budget (95 pounds for the night).
