Large confortable room with view of Rothesay Bay, the Cowell Peninsula and the Firth of Clyde. Large lounge with view. Tasty breakfast with local produce. Friendly and considerate owner.

Great B+B,, very clean spacious rooms, modern bathrooms Dining area and lounge spotless and comfortable, breakfasts were delicious and very well presented,, Owner and staff were extremely kind and helpful,, would definitely book again on return to Rothesay,,, The views from the House and garden were amazing with the added pleasure of seeing the Famous Waverley sail past made it a holiday to remember.
