Our group has arrived in Blantyre, Malawi and now heading to the hotel. We'll update you later!

Work experience will take place for 1 week from 30/09/2019. Our S4 pupils are encouraged to find their own work placement.

Well done to all of those that completed the final ski block before the holidays. Pupils have received certificates from Gonzalo our Hillend ski instructor. If you missed the last session Mr Haynes has your certificates.
Hillend are offering 2 for 1 on ski/snowboarding over the summer holidays and deals on tubing.

REMINDER: LOCKERS
All pupils with lockers must renew by no later than Friday 21 June. Cost of renewal is £6 and should be paid at the school office.

Well done to all S3 students who took part in the St Margaret’s YPI final today. The presentations from all five teams were well researched, well thought through and used a range of ways to get their message across. The decision was difficult but the team who won £3000 for their charity - The Memory Cafe (Alzheimer Scotland) were - Charlie Cullion, Rachael Jaconelli, Aiden Ramsay, Igor Smaga, and Amira Chaudhry. Well Done.

A massive congratulations to the amazingly talented cast, band and crew of Hairspray at the Howden Park Centre. You all were absolutely amazing! A huge thanks goes out to all pupils and staff taking part in the show and to all those who attended to support and enjoy this spectacular production!

Buses, Boats & Bicycles
First trip for the class of 2020 was a great success travelling to Millport with our new S6 students. The weather was kind when we sailed from Largs to Great Cumbrae and kept dry all afternoon. With plenty of stops on the way, there was enough time to enjoy the quiet roads and beautiful scenery. Catching our ferry (and our breath!) to Largs, we all had ice cream from Nardinis before heading back.

With just over 24 hours to go until the first performance the cast and crew had their technical and dress rehearsal in Howden Park today. Tickets can be purchased from Howden Park Centre for either the Wednesday or Thursday night.
