Come along and join us in the school 7pm Monday to Thursday
If you haven't registered for fitcamp already then just turn up with your training kit on for 6:45pm on Wednesday and our coaches will get you registered
New Fitcamp start 7pm Wednesday 19th...join in the fun community fitness sessions
The Airdrie Free Fitcamp will start it's FREE 4 week fitcamp programme this Wednesday 22nd at 7pm. These 4 week blocks are designed to get people exercising more, getting healthier and learning more about how good nutrition can help reach your health and fitness goals. Just turn up to the info night on Wednesday and one of the coaches will get you registered.
Airdrie Free Fitcamp are launching another 4 week FREE fitcamp starting 22nd April. If you or anyone else would like to get involved let us know on here or just come along on 22nd April 7pm to the Sports Hub
Netball getting started at St Margaret's CSH
Last night of karate training tonight before the Easter break. Training starts back on Tuesday 21st April 6pm.
The Scottish Karate Governing Body will be holding an Open day on Sunday 19th April 2015.
Venue: Dakota Hotel Euro Central, Motherwell. Time: Drop in anytime between 10am until 2pm.
... The SKGB would like to invite local authority representatives, Active School managers & co-ordinators, SKGB members and karate groups outwith the SKGB.
Aim of the open day
To have a friendly and open discussion with interested parties and inform them of the structure and services the Scottish Karate Governing Body have to over offer.
On the day Sportscotland will have representation in attendance and the following SKGB departments will be represented and will be available for informal discussions.
Departments represented:
Governance Child Protection - Minimum Operating Requirements (MOR) PVG scheme membership International interests Sport - Pathways Refereeing - commission Women’s interests Club and coach accreditation. SKGB membership
The Scottish Karate Governing Body is recognised by the following bodies as the National governing body for Traditional and Sport Karate in Scotland.
