"The Eucharist is essential for us: it is Christ who wishes to enter our lives and fill us with his grace." - Pope Francis
The Eucharist is the source and summit of our faith. Please do take the opportunity over these coming days to spend some time with Our Lord. The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed for Adoration on Monday-Wednesday from 8am-8pm, with a Holy Hour preached by a guest preacher at 7pm each night. We look forward to seeing you in the Cathedral!

“I held the Host with two fingers and thought: How small Jesus made Himself, in order to show us that He doesn't expect great things of us, but rather little things with great love.” ― Mother Teresa
Please join us for our time of 40 Hours of Eucharistic Adoration on Monday - Wednesday from 8am-8pm. Each night, there will be a Holy Hour at 7pm lead by a guest preacher and the time of Adoration will conclude with Benediction at 7.45pm. Do take the opportunity to come and spend time with Our Lord in the Most Blessed Sacrament during these days!

40 HOURS - NEXT WEEK: “Out of the darkness of my life, so much frustrated, I put before you the one great thing to love on earth: the Blessed Sacrament … There you will find romance, glory, honour, fidelity, and the true way of all your loves upon earth.” ― J.R.R. Tolkien
Only a few days left! We look forward to seeing you in the Cathedral for the beautiful 40 Hours devotion on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

40 HOURS: Please remember that the “40 Hours” at the Cathedral will take place this year on 10th-12th June.
The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed all day for adoration and each day will finish with a Holy Hour and Benediction at 7pm.
We need to have at least two people to watch with the Blessed Sacrament at all times – so please think about when you might be able to spend some time with the Lord and sign up on the sheets at the back of the Cathedral, or send an email with your availability to: cathedralhouse@stmaryscathedral.co.u k
