Stagecoach Dumfries Depot

Never on time. The bus stop across from the peel centre has no timetable and the time table online never seems to match the buses.

On monday 17th July 2017, the hottest day of the year, and travelling south from Edinburgh on the 15.30 bus from St Andrews square to west linton the heating was on full blast!! I asked the driver to turn it off but was told that the heating OFF control was not working Thought buses had to be serviceable before going into service!!! Come on Stagecoach get a grip and sort things out, fast!

Waited for Edinburgh bus this morning supposed to leave at 05.35,I stood on the sands from 05.10 till 06.00 to be told oh,you must have missed it,yeah right,worst thing was it was for an appointment at Great Western Hospital,had to go by bus to Lockerbie to catch train,was late for appointment after waiting 4 months to see neurosurgeon,thanks Stagecoach!

Well the 501 bus drive on the 7.03 route is a very rude driver that over charges you and doesn't return your change!! He drives like a reculas driver on the haugh of urr road to Dalbeattie!

Called to enquiry about a bus and the man who answered my call was so abrupt and rude. I know office work can be busy at times but there's no need to slam the phone down before I've even finished asking a question

Just waited for the 7:30 bus going to biggar at abington service station and the driver flew in and left again ive just did a 8 hour shift now i need to wait till 11:00 to get a lift home fair to say im not happy
