The Arctic Terns on Inner Farne are a force to be reckoned with and a sturdy hat was most definitely required to prevent them drawing blood. They nest on the ground and fiercely protect their young, as the back of my head will testify. #FarneIslands #ArcticTerns #Nature #Wildlife

The weather has been so bad lately when I got up and it looked as if it was going to be a nice day I thought, right lets get out and about. I went down to St Abbs Nature Reserve today to try and catch some nesting Sea Birds.
