ELM Alliance Ltd (Eston, Langbaurgh and Middlesbrough) is 100% owned by the local GP Practices. It provides patient primary care from 6. 30pm to 8am every day and 24hrs weekends and Bank Holidays, and 7 day services to care homes. Book via 111.

We have four South Tees Access and Response (STAR) extended hour GP centres across the South Tees area.

These are being run by ELM Alliance - a group of local GPs - to improve access to their services outside the current core hours of care.

Our aim is simple – we want to extend evening and weekend opening times for patients from 6pm to 9. 30pm – Monday to Friday – and 8am to 9. 30pm on weekends and bank holidays and also ensure you’re getting the right care, first time through a single point of access - through NHS 111.
