Lift was also broken and we had to sit downstairs with all rubbish lying on our table

There are some rude staff with lack of customer service skills. We were served by Regina who had no manners, was chewing gum and chatted to her friend behind the counter and had to ask me again what I was ordering. As for the coffee, the other staff kept messing up orders and instead of fixing it, they’d just fight over who’s fault it is. Lift is also broken so good luck finding a seat if you can’t use the stairs!

Not a great experience.

Can't fault it recently... It can get very busy here, but it takes time to make a good coffee, usually good service 👍🏼

Good sized shop but no sundry items upstairs

The lift in this store has been out of order longer than the one in the Big Bang theory. No access to the upper floor for disabled people or people with a pram. Given that there is minimum seating in the ground floor this is absolutely ridiculous! Maybe some of the money Starbucks saves by not paying tax could be reinvested in their stores upkeep?

When is a Starbucks not a Starbucks? When it's in a Cineworld is the answer. Awful situation that in this Starbucks you cannot use your Starbucks loyalty card. This is wrong if Cineworld are imposing this then Starbucks need to sort it out. Big spend in there counts to nothing and let's face it the prices are not competitive.
Puts me off both Cineworld and Starbucks this kind of thing, loyalty is supposed to mean something or don't bother at all. Cut out the caveats and get on with looking after loyal customers.

Good quality coffee with friendly staff. Can be a bit slow when busy.

Years ago it was worth 5 stars, recently went downhill the past 6 months, slow service and average quality comparing to other Glasgow Starbucks cafes.. recently had to reach over the counter for one of the cup sleeves that didn't even fit my cup, thanks for burning my hand Starbucks! will use the one upstairs at the cineworld when I'm in the area from now on!

Great place for coffee breaks .
Sometimes it could be really busy , specially on weekends, so if you wonna skip and que and get your order fast, just use their mobile App .. Simple .
Staff are really friendly and always smiling .

Really poor service, staff don't know their coffee and seem more interested in playing jokes on each other or singing childish songs. Had to ask then to check my order twice and had to wait 5 minutes. Won't be back.

Hot chocolates here are no where near as tasty as the original ones back in New York & San Francisco! But they are OK I have ordered chocolate shortbreads and croissants here they are very nice staff arent very happy mainly because they are very busy due to how many customers they get, there is loads of seating available upstairs!
