Starbucks Coffee

Nice Starbucks, friendly staff and usual drinks. As far as I could see only 1 table had access to a mains socket though which is annoying if you want to charge a device.

Nice place, good coffee and iced drinks. It can get a bit busy sometimes and noisy, one downside is my friend found a long dark hair in their lemon sponge!

Nice food, but a bit expensive, everything is clean, the staff is great.
Sometimes it may be a bit noisy.

It's a reasonable Starbucks. Good service. Gets crowded with university folks having meetings

Absolutely disgusting the staff have no manners what so ever!!!! Would let me use the toilet after I had bought drinks off them! Terrible attitude from Gemma! Disgusting!

Staff member asked my name twice and still got it absolutely wrong. Anglo-Saxon name, shouldn't be rocket science to get it right. Drink came out wrong also.

Occasionally very slow service and the toilet facilities are terribly dirty. Staff are incredibly kind though. It would be better if the shop itself were larger, as it cannot compete with Pret a manger in terms of space...

Usual Starbucks, gets very busy late morning/lunchtime. Seem to automatically serve in takeaway cups so you need to ask for mugs etc. WiFi isn't great and drops out a lot.

Great. Friendly staff and fast service. Seating is a little limited but it's cozy.

We visited Starbucks in St Andrews and was completely appalled at the state of the baby changing toilet which was filthy with no toilet paper and the hand drier didn't work. I took my 5 month old grandson to change his nappy and was totally disgusted at the state of cleanlines. We also purchased coffee with coconut milk and it was curdled - they did provide a fresh coffee but it was also curdled. The website is designed to give a minimum rating of 1 - I wouldn't even give it a rating of 1.
