Starbucks Coffee

Near Haymarket , terribly crowded in the mornings , friendly folks and a decent service

One of very few coffee shops that offer almond and coconut milk rather than just soya milk as a dairy free alternative. Also, lovely dairy free oatmeal!

Nice location, good seats. Nice environment.

Nice modern and open concept building - one of the nicer Starbucks I have been to.

Enjoyed a few hours and cups of tea. Relaxed, got lots done but also a great place to people watch

Really unhappy!!!!!

I am used to my local Starbucks in Dundee which usually far more busy that this one and yet I still had to wait over 10 minutes for my whole order to arrive! It turn out that the staff forgot about me! On top of all this the toilets which in Dundee are normally clean. Turn out to be dirty in Edinburgh!

I find it hard to grasp the fact that even though the fact that I waited for my order for so long, the staff seemed like they where totally oblivious to the fact that I had been standing there all that time.

This is not the type of experience I have come to expect for Starbucks!
