A coffee shop that's forgotten to make a coffee.

I asked for a latte, all I could taste was milk and syrup. So I took it back. The girl at the checkout asked me abruptly what do you want to do about it.

2nd time around she doesn't make a fresh one like Starbucks usually do, instead she pours out a portion and fills it with another espresso shot. - this coffee tastes like crap.

All in all the store used to be good, but not any more, staff don't care, and once that's happening the product will quickly follow down hill.

Well placed and the only one in quite a radius so very popular. Reasonable service but I'd order ahead

Great friendly staff but I have to watch my drink being made like a hawk. I'm diabetic and love their sugar free frappuccino's but they've screwed up my order multiple times. I feel for them cause they are always busy and I know my order is always 'fussy' but it's fussy for a good reason and not because of some health kick fad. The other thing is what's with all the flies? The only shop in the Gyle that's always always full of flies!
