Had to post thisрҹӨ© and tell you the story behind it. This lady started PT sessions in March, when her son was 18months old. She decided that she wanted to regain her pre baby fitness level. Back in March, she could barely do a press up using the kitchen counter as support!!
One session each week, (with a few weeks off over the Summer) and a determined attitude, resulted in a pretty impressive achievement. It really doesnвҖҷt take long to reach your goals....just keep at it рҹҳңрҹ’ӘрҹҸј
