Great day 16/7 but very windy, dragging the anchor all the time. I had 2 to the net, but Andy was the star today with 6 to the net and another 2 or 3 dropped. Nice setup at Stenhousetroutfishery, will book again for next year.

Fished two days and had a fantastic time, fish are all full finned and hard fighting. A friendly welcome and what a lovely spot to have a fishery. Well worth a visit you won't be disappointed

Best family run fishery in central Scotland with a log fire in the Bothy on cold days welcoming you . Friendly advice from the bailiffs and new boats on the loch . well stocked . Easy to get to and popular with the locals

Was there yesterday. Hard conditions but still managed two cracking fish. Great water would definitely recommend.

Stenhouse is lovely water with abundant wildlife and great fishing. I had a couple of hours on the evening of 9/5/16 and caught 3 cracking fish which fought well. The 'lodge' is cosy and Willie knowledgeable and quiet;y helpful! The only downside for me (a bank angler) is the prolific weed growth making bank fishing limited later in the summer. Other than that I'd thoroughly recommend a day here.
