Summary

I am a Senior Executive and Entrepreneurial business leader with extensive experience of not only running businesses but also coaching the CEO's and Boards of major blue chips, including Boots Allianz, Marks and Spencer and Fed Ex on areas including leadership, business performance improvement and change.

Over the course of my career I have also had the opportunity to lead many, successful Public Sector Employability and Youth programs such as the Youth Academy Program in Scotland.

Today I work across a portfolio of Public and Private Sector interests and non-executive roles which includes a charity led by Sir Alex Ferguson. I have a deep commitment to advancing the agenda for young people, thus creating great futures on the journey to responsible adulthood and good citizenship.

I am a keen endurance runner and regularly compete in some of the worlds toughest marathons to raise money for charities. In 2015 I ran the Great Wall Marathon in China, in 2016 I climbed Kilimanjaro and ran the Kilimanjaro Marathon and in late 2017 I will complete the Everest Marathon.
