Went to get a new Audi for my wife as a second car we were there for thirty minutes, got our choices down to 2 cars we liked no on came out, no one even spoke to us, so we left disappointed that there was a defenate lack of customer service

Good service. But do do need to challenge the prices. Can't fault the cars tho.

James K is the perfect salesman. Kind, courteous and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to drive the 290 miles to buy from him again.

First class service when I purchased my new car from this garage several months ago. Returned recently for an AdBlue top up and they were very helpful again.

Absolutely agree with other posts - personally everyone front desk has been very polite and professional - but technically I was very dissatisfied with the numerous errors and omissions of my Service/Inspection. My 4 beautiful alloy wheels were scratched & chipped as a result of tyres being renewed by Audi Stirling, new pollen filter fitted incorrectly fitted, brake fluid reservoir left very nearly full, missing bolts to under-engine pan following oil/filter change, to name the worst. I asked for remedial repairs & work to be carried out which in keeping with great personnel qualities of all front desk staff was agreed to - watch this space!

James worked really hard to give us a truly enjoyable car-buying experience, carefully explaining all the options, advising on features we would need and ensuring I was kept up to date with progress on delivery. Every care was taken to pre-empt and avoid problems that might arise with paperwork, and I am pleased to say, there were none. At handover James carefully explained how to get the best from the car and its array of technology. I am delighted with my new Q2, and delighted by the service provided by Stirling Audi. Highly recommended.

Great service

I don't know where the other reviewers were, or perhaps things have changed, but I can't fault the service I got here. So pleasant on the phone when I booked, a reminder text, great greeting, offered to go to their upstair "premium lounge" for free wifi, coffee while I waited. I joked that I was going to get a bacon roll from the Greggs round the corner. Without a blink of an eye, the service chap offered to run and get me one. he was totally serious! I had to practically stop him. I feel like a king. 1st class customer service....
Update: back again (Dec 16). Same top quality service. Premium lounge upstairs with coffee, wifi, biscuits. Car will be valeted. Store dressed up in Christmas decorations (shame about the piped music "so here it is, Merry Christmas"! but you can't win everything.) Top Quality service

Have used their service department on 3 occasions, on each occasion a return phone call was required to clarify a problem. On each occasion no phone call was recieved and I had to chase them up. On asking why they couldn't make a simple call, I was met with a shrug of the shoulders. Finally this morning at 830 I phoned to ask if they could replace a bulb on my A3. I was told the booking department would phone me back, guess what, its 12.56 and still no phone call. Meantime took the car to Halfords, job done in 5 minutes
