Had mid afternoon lunch off separate menu only £5 for burger and chips & £5 for sausage and mash good value!Good service will definitely be back

We had meals from the new lunch menu which were very tasty. Recommend the chicken and bacon open sandwich and the sweet potato and feta lasagna looked lovely as well. Only one small point, the service is generally quite slow so you need to allow a good hour and a half for a two course meal. Prices very reasonable and staff are pleasant and friendly. Will definitely return.

Really shocking service tonight. I received my starter and then 5 minutes later my boyfriends still hadn’t revived his. After questioning this we waited another 10 minutes only for the wrong starter to be brought out. Wasn’t until ANOTHER 10 minutes later that his food finally arrived, only after I had already finished my own. We were offered free chips as a compensation but these never arrived. Also received the wrong drinks order. Only redeeming factor was we were eventually given money off our order due to the issues.

To be honest.. very disappointed! Stayed at Prem inn, so we popped in for a drink. Guinness n pink g&t, came to about £8... then we ordered the same with loaded nachos.. charged over £19? Nachos were £8.99.. when quizzed why my drinks were so high I was told that the other server must have offered me wrong price? When looked at drink menu(in comments below) I noticed that the description is pink gin, tonic and strawberries for £3.99... when I took this info to mgr I was told “oh these are English menus, we don’t offer that up here in Scotland, they do misguide you”! £6.14 for a G&T By s very rude manageress, barely old enough to drink herself and the customer care skills of a rabid dog... I’m sure they must be done trading standards issues there! Then the fully loaded nachos arrived... are you kidding me, these were to share they barely covered a thin layer over the bottom of the plate...who the hell puts radish and feta on nachos! We crossed over the road to Nando’s for dinner! Then there was breakfast added to our prem inn... boasting that they serve costa coffee, yes there was a machine in there but the shit that was served out of the pump flasks was lucky to be instant.. weak and tasteless! I complained, to be told a new one would be put out! About 5 mins later I was advised this had happened.... exactly the same tasteless muck again, we didn’t bothered finishing our drinks! I sat and watched to see if they used the coffee machine to fill up the flasks and no one did!

Wouldn’t recommend this place, rip off, and glad I won’t be visiting ever again!!!

I’ve since spoke to another mgr of a beefeater in Glasgow to be told that she is speaking rubbish and what is on the menu is correct... so I’m owed money and an apology
