What a gem to find off the Royal Mile! Friendly staff and great cocktails.

Went for drinks. Staff friendly and helpful. Great selection of unique gins, wines and beers. Stunning views over princes street. Look forward to going back to sample the delicious looking menu.

We had such a great night at Stocks, last Saturday night! Stocks is a small, cozy ('gezellig' in Dutch) bar with an amazing view over the Christmas market. The two men working that night were very hospitable, they made sure we were happy. They even arranged vegan food for me. I definitely recommend this bar.

We absolutely loved our visit here for a private group event. The service, the food, the drinks, the experience was perfect.

Vriendelijke bediening. Heerlijk gegeten in een gezellige ruimte. Heerlijk zitten bij ondergaande zon waarbij het zonlicht door de grote ramen binnenvalt.

Staff lovely, food fresh/well seasoned, excellent variety, wonderful cocktails. BAM!!!! Will be back!!

I know it will be and when arrive I have no doubt the ambiance will match the welcome. Can’t wait to visit �

Great little bar with the best views of the city.

Found this delightful, little bistro as we set off down Bank St. Quiet oasis compared to the Royal Mile. Delicious food and a nice Viognier to wash it down with. Our bottle is niw above the bar with our national flag in the cork.

Staff were lovely, service prompt.

Exactly what we needed. Fab menu making it hard to chose, exceptional wine choices too and the setting and decor are stunning. Go, just go, you won’t regret it.

Enjoyed some bubbles in the lovely little bar that has to have one of the best views over Edinburgh city centre. Lovely staff and menu looked fab too for the bar and main bistro. Definitely will be returning to sample!!

A very warm and friendly Welcome . Very clean and spacious . Fanatic foods and lovely staff, I have been recommending STOCK to everyone.

Went for lunch yesterday. Brilliant food,service and atmosphere. Would highly recommend

We've paid for breakfast as part of our rate at Fraser Suites. Upon arrival I explained that my wife is unwell and asked whether I could take breakfast to her in our room. I was handed a napkin and told that they don't have takeaway plates. I ordered my breakfast (pancakes) and a coffee then took my wife's miniscule selection of pastries to our room before coming back down for mine. My pancakes arrived shortly after but I'm still waiting for my coffee despite asking 3 times. No doubt our deduction of £15 each doesn't actually cover coffee. I've heard the phrase "that'll be an additional cost" much more than I've heard "is everything ok for you" take from that what you will but it has slightly soured my experience



Edit. I've finally left, without coffee and with absolutely no communication from the staff.
