Strata

I was in yesterday for lunch and drinks with some friends. Bun Life’s pop up here is amazing!! � Everyone’s food was so fresh and delicious... Katsu fries were so good and the massaman beef bun was fantastic! Service was great and staff couldn’t have been more helpful! � The only sad thing was that Strata was very quiet for a Saturday lunch time in Glasgow! People definitely need to get down here!! �

Booked a birthday reservation a few weeks before today for a special friends birthday. Asked for special request of champagne on arrival for the birthday girl.. to be told a bottle of PROSECCO is £25. Arrived tonight to find no prosecco on arrival had to ask for it to be brought to the table! They couldn’t accommodate cheese for chips, bbq sauce for a side, or a frozen daiquiri so instead a normal daiquiri, everytime the waiter came to our table there was something that they ‘couldn’t’ do! Asked to speak to someone, as i have visited strata on a number if occasions and had great service. When i spoke to head table server she made out i was complaining about cheese on chips! Its nothing to do with that, all the small things mount up and what used to be a great dinning place and well recommended has severely went down hill. Food was as poor as the service... would recommend before but not now!

waited ages for a drink think the older man behind the bar with glasses would prefer to chat up girls than serve, can't recommend waste of an hour as when we did get served all the drinks were wrong, avoid if you can go else where

Have an itison voucher to use! As you know life gets in the way and my husband works away. The voucher expires tomorrow and they were unwilling to expend it even to this weekend! I appreciate there is a expiry date on it however having worked in this occupation I think it would of been good customer service to extend it a few days! Why a shame
