Karen was responsible for the sale of my last house and partly involved with the purchase of my new home with Claire
finishing of the process due to Karen going on holiday.

Firstly to set the scene I have heard some horror stories from friends and relatives regarding the performance of solicitors used to buy and sell their homes (not you I may add). Words like, incompetent, inflexible and work to their own pace rather than the customers have been general themes.

The dealings I have had with Karen and Claire could not have been further from the picture painted above. Both have been efficient, quick to respond and patient (considering my multiple emails and questions). They have been extremely flexible particularly in helping pull forward my move in date and key to any successful transaction there has always been clear and effective communication from them.

Strefford Tulips recently helped me to buy my first home, and I can attest to their professional and prompt service in this regard.

I was provided straight away with the details of the information that would be required with me, and the initial quote given was the exact amount that I was required to pay.

I would thoroughly recommend the use of this company. For the purpose of buying your first home you don’t even need to visit their office, and I’m sure this is probably the same in a lot of cases.
