Next coach in the spotlight is Marion.
Marion is feminine but a serious powerhouse! She started her CrossFit journey with us coming from doing lots of cardio group fitness classes. Following our programming, attending skills classes and weightlifting club she has turned her strength and shape into that of a CrossFit athlete.
We are excited that she can share her experience with others!!!

Today is re-rest day for our 3RM Deaflift. Sarah smashed her previous lift by miles and lifted 130kg for 3 consecutive reps.
Not bad for a mum of 2 - who also is diabetic ๐

WOW... what can we say about our visit to The Norwegian CrossFit Championships. A top 4 finish for our head coach Huw Davis. Some event wins, a snatch PB of 110kg and a running event up a Norwegian mountain. Some things that never went to plan - But that is competition. We learn from each experience.
Thank you for all of your support and we hope you enjoyed the videos and live feeds on our social media platforms.
We are looking forward to moving into our new facility and taking as many athletes forward on their competitive journey as possible. Helping them to have experiences like we have this weekend.
Masters EVENT 7.
MASTERS Event 6 - the hill run โ๏ธ
Today we temperature came back up to 0degrees!!!
The trail was 3.6 kilometres. But the first part was a steep climb straight up the side of the mountain.
... After this event the top 4 athletes are all in with a chance of winning - itโs that close.

MASTERS Event 5.
Accumulate 5k on a concept 2 bike.
Every 3 minutes up to minute 9 you had to get row or ski a set number of calories before being able to return to finish you 5k.
... From the first minute on the bike Huw had a clear lead over the heat and in turn over the event. He finished nearly 30 seconds faster than anyone else.

After 5 events he is in 3rd place.

Our next new coach in the spotlight is Jamie.
We welcome him onboard and think that he will be an asset to us. When heโs not offshore he will be running some Monday night workouts ๐ช๐ผ๐ช๐ผ
Masters EVENT 4
A heat win for Huw. The wallball weight to start was 30lbs (around 14kg) as you can see he made it look easy. A lot of the other athletes finding the height a challenge. On the second set of wallballs the weight dropped to the 20lbs ball.
