When my property was let the first time, an excellent tenant was found within a few days. The next time my property was let, a new tenant was found in less than a week. As my first landlord, Struan has set the bar to an exceptionally high standard during my first year as a student in Perth. As a landlord I've been with Struan Baptie for 8 months, after a less than satisfactory experience with another agent. The difference has been like night and day. Struan is friendly, enthusiastic and almost unbelievably hard working (don't think he gets much sleep). His office team are helpful, sensible and efficient - what a relief to find people who actually use their brains when reading and writing emails, or having phone conversations.
