Classes start from as little as £5, we offer a range of Pole Fitness and Dance classes, Aerial Hoop, Stretchyflex and strength training classes suitable for all levels and abilities.
Come and join us and have fun and laughs whilst you tone, strengthen and burn lots of calories.
