Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, even though they were obviously busy they fixed my bike for me within a couple of days, (Santa Cruz Bronson worn suspension linkage). This was a bonus as I was here on holiday and didn't want to waste valuable riding time. Also good value, would recommend to anyone.
