Sugar N Spice

Ordered from here on sat night. Well worth the wait. Food was fantastic, delivery driver was lovely to my son who had to answer the door... I'm impressed I ordered milk shakes and desserts and the shakes came cold the ice cream was still frozen. Will be back 👌 well worth the money... excellent service all round. I added a wee comment (the kids are fussy) nothing was too much trouble.... thank you.

Great Selection of food at reasonable prices.
Catering and waiting staff can't do enough to help. Eat as much as you like, take your time as food is lovely.

Sugar used to be amazing. Sadly recently has went downhill rapidly. Still vwry high prices for low quality food

On holiday at the caravan park decided to try Sugar n Spice. We had a lovely meal in a nice setting. Lisa was our server, she's great. Made us feel very welcome and nothing a problem, even my 1 year old granddaughter who made a bit of a mess, she deserves a payrise!!!!! Would definitely go back next time we're in Saltcoats.

I went with my mother to Sugar n Spice the place was empty when we went in, the starter in the buffet bar was ok but after that it went downhill, the chicken tika was too salty the fried rice was basmati my mother did not like the lamb bhuna, the chocolate fudge cake is minging.

My experience on visiting restaurant, hmm well I suppose it was OK, meal well I have had better but seeing as I was on holiday and visiting Saltcoats for the first time it was a case of let's see what this place is like. Paying for the meal.... Tried to pay using my card through contact less and it didn't work so then used my card again using pin number and it went through no problem. The man gave me a receipt to say the first payment didn't go through. Anyway have checked my bank account only to find I've been charged TWICE!!! I have contacted the restaurant a number of times to have this money paid back to myself only for him to say I need proof!! Quite rightly so I could be fibbing except I'm not. I have asked for an email address a number of times so I can prove it but he refused to give it to me. What do I think about this restaurant... Nothing but THIEVES. I am taking the matter further which I have told them. When I do return to visit my caravan in Saltcoats this is one place I would never go again

want photographic evidence?, add me on snapchat: AndyPandy7, or instagram same name as before, i have posted the photo publicly on my instagram and i have 7 likes, so that means you have 7 less customers, i believe this will make your profits go from 5% to 2.5%, the hair was brown, i could see the texture on it after i licked the gravy off, the gravy was yum, the hair was not, i couldn't believe what my eyes were seeing i thought they were lying to me, i didn't trust them for a few moments, didn't know if i should believe my eyes or my tongue, my tongue tasted like gravy and a little fragment of hair at the time, my tongue has always been there for me since i was a little boy, so i guess ill need to trust my eyes( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
