In line with the current government advice Sujka Services have taken steps to protect its employees and customers from the risk of infection. We have minimised face to face contact with our customers prioritising telephone, instant messaging and email communication. Sujka services will still be providing it’s services throughout this period and aim to have minimal contact with customers. To protect our workers they will be observ...ing social distancing as much as reasonably possible. We are still providing free quotes, regular maintenance and construction services whilst observing guidelines set out by the government and will continue to monitor for any future changes.

Dear Facebook Friends 🙂 Today we would like to present another project, this time in Balmedie. Our team removed everything from the old patio and levelled the ground to provide a stable and even base to build the new one. We laid natural grass, aligned the tiles to form a circle and added some flowerpots next to the fence.🎍 Who would like to relax in this patio on a sunny day? 😊

Dear Facebook Friends 😊 Today we would like to present how our team transformed this terrace 💪 The pictures show how we laid 115 meters of very high-quality ceramic tiles and added glass barriers to complete the design and to ensure no one falls. Who would need a terrace like this? :)

Dear Facebook Friends 😊 Today we would like to present in a few pictures how our team renovated this roof 💪 and would like to point out that we can evaluate the price of your roof refurbishment or repairment for no costs at all. Just give us a text or a call 📲 🙂 At first, we had to get rid off all the old tiles and clean everything up. We used some Brethren Membrane on the roof to ensure that the rain stays outside and covered it all with new Slates Tiles. In addition, we switched the old rotten wood for new one, exchanged the lead and the PVC facias around the dormers so the house is prepared for rainy days 🙂

Dear Facebook Friends 🙂 Today we would like to show how our team laid Indian Sandstone throughout this patio area. At first, the ground was uneven, so we had to dig it up and level the area with a slight dip for the rainwater to drain. We built up the walls around the garden to support the soil and laid the grey sandstone all over the ground and the steps. Who likes the new look? 😀

Dear Facebook Friends 🙂 Today we would like to show you how our team transformed this garden 💪😃 We removed all the scrubs and unwanted plants, so our clients have more space to use and to enlarge the garden visually. We also build a wooden fence around the area and left some places for the plants to grow 🌳 This amazing patio area is easy to maintain and comes with a 10-year guarantee. Dear Facebook Friends :) In this Project we would like to show you how we build this great patio area 💐 We removed the old wall, constructed a new one and levelled the ground to make it perfectly vertical. We installed artificial grass for the kids to play on and created footpaths around the house. The area is surrounded by a railing to prevent the little kids from falling and hurting themselves 😊

Dear Facebook Friends 😊 In this loft conversion we moved a wall to extend our customer’s bedroom. The bathroom entrance was built within the brick wall and Velux roof windows were installed to brighten up the space. Behind this brick wall we moved another wall to expand the entrance to the bathroom. ABC-Home Ltd specializes in bathrooms and kitchens. They constructed our customer’s bathroom and we are very happy to work with them.

Dear Facebook Friends! In this project we refurbished the entrance area of the house. We used cladding instead of wood as it is easier to maintain and replaced the front door for a composite one. Furthermore, we exchanged the old blue window, door and garage for new pcv white ones. Our services also include installment or repairment of fascia boards, soffits, gutters, downspout and box ends. Who do you think should refurbish their entrance or garage? :)

Dear Facebook Friends :) Today we would like to present how our team build this 3-car hardwood garage from scratch 💪 😃 The concrete provides an even ground for the cars to park 🚘 and a strong base to support the solid oak hardwood. Slates on the roof complete the construction. We use heavy and modern equipment as well as high-quality materials to meet customer needs the best way possible.

We’ve been working hard on this rear garden project and I hope we can all agree that the results are stunning 🏡.
We’ve started with levelling the ground and clearing the area in order to make space big enough to fit two cars 🚗. We’ve then fitted granite slabs and a brand new fence. The project was finished off with installation of a new law and a space for future summerhouse!

Check out this spectacular rear garden makeover we carried out for our lovely customers in Porthleten🍃.
We started by replacing the old fence with a new and improved one. Followed by the removal of the old patio slabs and installation of a brand new, easily accessible patio. By using a variety of decorative stones we created an aesthetic finish💥.
... Later this year, we will be back to construct a summerhouse 🏠(just shows you that we can work in any season! ❄️)
Finally, artificial grass was laid to the front and rear gardens for ease of maintenance and a great look! 🌱

🚨 New project 🚨
We have been working on an exciting back garden project for our lovely customers in Newmachar🏠.
The project involved installation of multicoloured slabs for the patio area with an extensive drainage system and wooden finish.... ✅Wooden walls are a great way to divide the garden into zones: sitting area and recreational area. ✅Drainage system is a very important element of the garden. The key is to make the area functional and free of excess water even during the most challenging weather conditions 🌧.
We’re always open to new ideas and we listen to our customers with regards to the final design of the garden, however we’re also here to support your decisions and make the process as easy as possible for you and your family 🏡.
