Sundrum Castle Holiday Park

Good holiday park with loads for kids and the family to do. Had a fantastic break here during spring. Can get a bit noisy in the evening with the entertainment from club. Good swimming pool, runs on a booking system which can be a bit of a pain, but helps with amount of people in pool at any one time. Would highly recommend here. Prices decent too.

Great place for a family holiday. The amusements and nightly activities at the main building is fun for all ages, and there's plenty of places around about Ayr to visit. My only disappointment was that I felt the quality of the onsite restaurant food was poorer than my last visit a few years ago. Would visit again

Caravan was ok not the one we expected toilet to small no storage space for food considering it was a caravan for 8 people. Shower base did not drain away when showering slowly disappear after about 10 mins. Sheet did not fit bed and quilt cover was far to big.food was very good

Only negative is although you can walk up the hill and have a look at Sundrum Castle we couldn't actually enter or look inside. Would return here.

Love this place. A little peaceful haven. Beautiful scenery and fantastic caravans. A little bit dear in the clubhouse..could do with being a little bit cheaper for larger families

Nice site not too large, but good facilities.
Only room for parking one car at the caravans where we were.
We found it nice and quiet when we were there with plenty of people who had dogs and walked them sensibly and picked up after them and used the bins provided. Location is very close to Ayr and good road system up to Glasgow. Biggest draw back was the road to the site, this is long with potholes and speed bumps and passing places. Have to drive really slow and careful, even so think I have damaged front suspension so beware and take care on approach road.

This is great place to get away from it all and the entertainment is great and always something on for the kids.
Every one is very friendly and can go for walks out side the sundrum site also everything is on site swimming pool indoor and news agents to fish and chip shop.
Also bingo at nights if you fancy a flutter

Nice and quiet, superb staff and facilities short trip to Ayr, the beach, loads of local attractions within a short drive. We loved our time here.v

Visited time and time again, kids love the place. Lots to keep them entertained.Caravans always clean and of a high standard.Am sure we will be back again!👍
