Hello and welcome. My name is Teresa Johnston. I have worked in healthcare for over fifteen years, originally as a therapy radiographer in hospitals in Seattle, Manhattan, and Edinburgh treating and caring for cancer patients. Changing my focus to preventative care, I now provide energy medicine treatments as a Reiki practitioner, teach Mindfulness Meditation, and hold workshops to empower and inspire healthy & balanced lives which are beneficial both physically and emotionally. This provides relief and recharges you. It is a wonderful benefit that western cultures now wisely embrace and integrate western medicine alongside holistic therapies. As a Reiki Master-Teacher, I enjoy working in an area I am passionate about. I help clients regain their balance and positive perspective on life thus encouraging them to lead their best possible life.
