Went in last Tuesday to have a look about, picked a cooker I liked, delivered on the Thursday bang on time, first class service will definitely use again.

Just got a wee flat and they were very helpful and first class delivered all my appliances great value and better than any of ur high street stores

Absaloutly avoid avoid avoid.
I am a single mum with a baby and when my old washing machine stopped working I was so stressed and couldn't possibly afford a new one. A beautiful wonderful friend of mine found this company and bought me a machine. Granted they came and fitted it and took the other one no problem.
However within a month it stopped working. They came out and fixed it...one week later I smell burning and it caused an electrical short circuit in my home.
They can't come out for four days!!! Even at that they finish at 4pm on the dot (lucky guys!!) So can't pick it up after my work (finish at 3pm).
This machine is still sitting in my home Unrepaired. Thanks for ruining our Halloween and a family evening out as we couldn't go out as we had absaloutly no clean clothes.
The attitude from the woman on the phone was a disgrace.

Man on the phone said I had to buy a new machine without even looking at my old one. Phoned again to discuss a call out and he hung up on me before I got to the end of my question.

Bought new cooker and washing machine and found the service very good, they came and fitted the appliance and took the old one away

The worst service I've ever come across, three times I have called to get my fridge fixed after it broke two months after buying it... And three times no engineer has shown up and then got a call to tell me it'll need to be taken away which is fine but asked can someone give me a time or date when it'll be as I work extremely long hours and will need to get someone to let them in... Three bloody times they show up and I can't get there, and not to mention the attitude of the woman on the end of the phone my partner refuses to call as it annoys him that much... It is now nearly a year since I bought the fridge which doesn't work... And still no progress. If I could take the star away my god I would. How they are still in business I'll never know. Absolutely shocking.
