i would leave no stars if possible infact someone needs to look into this company because the servise is utter disgusting, i payed £280 for a washing machine that lasted not even 3 months...when i pulled it out tje motor was old and rusted i couldnt believe my eyes but more to my disgust they wouldnt live up to the guarentee as they said i didnt call them when it broke...i called them 2 days later because I WORK so i was out of pocket and this company has a contract with west dumbartonshire council. my brother recently got a cooker and fridge freezer and upon delivery the guys broke the buttons on the cooker and the fridge freezer didnt last 2 months before leaking everywhere and causing more cost in damages than the fridge freezer cost...they DID live up to the warrenty so came and took it away 3 weeks ago....stil waiting on it coming back...now he keeps his milk at the window...good thing its winter but he does need it back guys. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...ALL COSTS. yours faithfully a bankie.
