About Super Circuits

Super circuits is a strength and fitness bootcamp combining high intensity cardio, bodyweight and free weight exercises (using kettlebells, dumbells, squat racks and bench, battle ropes and other functional equipment, basically a mobile gym! )

Weekend warriors lets do it!...big weights Saturday...big cardio Sunday best of both worlds!

Some session tonight..a full on full body cardio only session. 3 lung busting circuits followed by a few games to test those tired minds. Amazed by everyones stamina, pure intestinal fortitude!

As it is coming home Wednesday nights session will be at 5.45pm to 6.45pm...therefore for those that cannot do that time there will be a bonus session at 8pm tonight!

Never really been one for exercise. Tried various things from gym memberships to running but always gave up as the effort never seemed to deliver tangible benefits. I've been going to Super Circuits for a few months now and can honestly say it's one of the best things I have ever done. Phil designs really well thought out sessions that exercise all of your body. He gives you encouragement but never turns into a seargent major. Everyone who goes is at different stages in their fitness journey but there are no egos and no attitude. Attending fun sessions with others + seeing real results quickly = success. If your sat on your sofa reading this thinking I should really improve my fitness I would encourage you to give Super Circuits a go.

I’ve only been coming for 5 weeks now but can already see and feel the difference it is making! I love that’s it’s all outside, the group are really friendly and every session so far has been a different one so you can never get bored! I’d recommend anyone to come and give it a try! ��

I have been on a Saturday since the new year and now starting the evening session on a Wednesday.. Phil is really supportive along with all of the other members!

I have been into weights for a few years now but I have never had the results I have had until I started circuits with Phil. I am the strongest I've been and it's all down to Phil. There are no other classes like it and I have made some great new friends!

Done circuits for more years than I care to recall...but with the weights that's a different game. If you are unsure just give it a go. Phil knows his stuff and will tailor to suit you. If you feel a bit intimidated...don't. We are all here to get better both physically and mentally. Just give it a go! If it still worries do some one to one...then come and play.
