Support for Ordinary Living (SOL) are currently recruiting for a Practice Leader. The role holder will assist each person we support to identify their goals and work with them to achieve positive outcomes in their lives. The Practice Leader will also work with various support teams to ensure we have a well-trained and motivated workforce and ensure their support teams are fully compliant with SOL's regulatory bodies.
On top of this, you will also get to work with a tremendous team that will help you every step of the way!
Salary: £24,500 pa
Closing date: Friday 12th April 2019
