Support To Engage Programme

STEP is a new programme to support individuals from Auchinleck, Muirkirk, Catrine, Logan and Lugar to identify employability issues

STEP will provide a range of support services that are provided locally (Auchinleck, Catrine, Muirkirk Logan & Lugar), that meet the needs of individuals who are seeking support to move forward in their learning and crucially STEP is non-judgmental.

Funded by the Big Lottery STEP’s mission is to engage with the local community, bringing advice and support to those who would like take to a step towards employment, whether it be the first step or the final hurdle.

Our first job is to listen and once we understand the clients specific situation we will help them understand the journey, plan a route and access local - services, groups, support and training, all based around them, every part of the journey, every step of the way.
