A great place to receive effective weightlifting training at a very reasonable price.

John is a fantastic personal trainer, his focus on strength based training and nutrition plan has seen me drop from a size 14 to a size 6.

I'd recommend the 10 session block, you'll be stronger and happier by the end of it.
