It is great to see the change in attitude in the UK over the past decade. We now appreciate more and more what fantastic offerings from our coast line we get.
These oysters are from Lindisfarne and are absolutely beautiful

We are loving our new rack of Scottish lamb! It is for two to share and has been going down a storm!

Hey Mr Tamburrini set a place for me. I'm so hungry and your cooking is to die for. Really people, check this place out. Inventive, beautifully executed with stellar service. A great addition to the Edinburgh restaurant scene.

Beautiful surroundings, top service and absolutely stunning food. All round perfect dining experience. My scallop starter was amazing, I would have been happy with a few more for my main course. I shared the Cote De boeuf with my wife, perfection again, highly recommended. I don't usually have desert but went for the key lime pie, definitely the best desert I've ever had. (I'm going to try and make it)Then went to the bar for cocktails made by the very talented JD. Well done and congratulatons to all involved, see you again soon!!

Absolutely beautiful food. My scallop starter was delicious, my husbands mushroom veloute looked amazing and he loved it - I've been told that I 'have to learn how to make this!!'. Steaks were done to perfection and dessert lovely. Very attentive service without being overly so. We had a lovely evening, thank you so much, will be recommending and will be back!
