We are the Walmart of self-storage, a vertically integrated company that builds, assembles, and operates self-storage facilities. We build for less than half the competitions costs, we assemble in days, not months, and we operate with double the profit margins. Our facilities are constructed from re-purposed inter-modal shipping containers. Our fully automated patented process makes each individual unit FEMA certifiable as a disaster shelter, qualifying for all related grant and tax considerations. We are better in every possible category than anything that currently exists in a global market, that generated 27 billion in revenues last year in America alone. Due to the fact we use re-purposed, not recycled materials, we are also the most-green company of this scale ever conceived. Due to our vertically integrated nature we are easily defend-able. We fully intend to get our fair share of the 8 billion dollar disaster shelter and the 12 billion dollar prepper industries.
