In the next few weeks we have a few changes to our class time table. Monday Metafit at 6.15pm and Tuesday Aqua Aerobics at 1pm and 7pm will remain the same.
We have a NEW class starting on Wednesday the 23rd of January. This will be held in the Gym at 7pm. It will be a class that is based around weight training and will last up to 1 hour. There will only be 10 spaces in this class to start with so please book in advance from Thursday the 17th of January. The Gym will be cl...osed to the public for this hour.
Thursday Hiit class will now be at 6pm instead of 6.30pm. This change will start from the 17th of January.
Both Wednesday and Thursdays classes will be taken by Megan Sutherland.

As the night's are getting darker why not come along to some of our fitness classes. We cater for all abilities. See below for our class information.

We offer free health walks from brora medical centre every Tuesday at 2pm. Why not come along and join us.

Tonight's circuits in lairg is cancelled. Metafit will be on as normal on Friday thanks

There will be no metafit tonight in the church hall. It will be back on next monday as usual.

Tonight's hiit class has been cancelled due to instructor unavailability. It will be on again next week as normal.

Just a reminder that lessons are on as normal today.

Due to the triatholon not going a head the pool will be open as normal tomorrow. (Sunday 2nd of September)

The pool will be closed on sunday all day. The gym will be open as normal.

Today we have no heating or hot water. The pool remains open but it's just a little colder than usual with no hot showers. We are looking at getting this fixed asap.

Popped in for a gym session whilst on holiday. Friendly staff allowed us to use the facilities without an induction.



Small gym but well equipped with free weights and cardio machines and a couple of resistance machines.



Lovely and clean.



Only downside is the changing rooms which are public but i just changed in the shower.
